I'm a Director of Product Design at Sprout Social. I lead a team of designers and turn big, amibitous strategy into shipped product. This past year that's meant leadings a full rework of the platform's navigation, accessibility work that opened enterprise and public-sector deals, and visioning to redefine core experiences in Sprout.
I lead people first and stay close to the craft. I focus on growing my team, I still pull the data and poke at prototypes, and I hold strong opinions loosely so good work keeps moving. If there's one word people use for me, it's connector.
What I'm known for
- Master connector. Linking people and ideas across the org, often before anyone realizes they needed connecting.
- Clarity in ambiguity. Creating focus and forward motion when things are messy.
- Leading with heart. Building trust fast and making spaces where people feel safe enough to do their best work.
- Systems thinking plus executional rigor. Zooming out to set direction, zooming back in to grind out the unglamorous details.
- Executive presence and storytelling. Carrying a high-stakes room and representing the strategic POV with strength.
What I care about
- AI-first design, done thoughtfully. In a real shipping product, not for the sake of it.
- Accessibility as strategy, not a compliance checkbox.
- Platform-scale UX, navigation, and the systems and infrastructure underneath.
